Being hit by crimes of the administration of the town of Sixth Godano, I had addressed to the Prefect of La Spezia with specific instances, seeking areas of competence of the Prefect.

We challenged the initiation of proceedings received illegal postal address of the home and our home (our home and our home were known to the common), then the notification of cancellation of the residence had to be carried out at our home, the same as 'notice. As you see, put the notifier has made the crime of false ideology, abuse of office and official acts of omission.

The notice of cancellation of the residence was that we had in 2005, because since 2001 the mayor and George Traversone 'Official dell'Anagrafe Angela Smith had refused to rilsciarci any certificate of residence, both of residence and its cancellation.
After being informed of the town that bears witness to criminal behavior, the Prefect would have been inspected to make with the purpose of protecting public safety, but failed to farlo e non ha mai risposto alla mia istanza. Quando mi era capitato l'articolo del giornale con affermazioni del Prefetto sui diritti dei cittadini di avere gli atti, gli ho scritto questa istanza:
... e non ho mai avuto acun tipo di risposta! Come si può chiamare una tale orribile situazione!? La proliferazione delle illegalità? Il pullulare di illegalità? O il trionfo della criminalità???
