Dear Leader,
As you are aware from previous correspondence dating back to '2005 (protocol 38200 of 19/10/2005), I'm looking to clarify the responsibilities of the accomplices of the crime of kidnapping my children and the method of preparation of the crime, in particular, I must clarify the responsibilities of the social worker of the Family Counseling of Chiavari that Margaret Sadowski. My children and my family have a right to know, as is information that concern us. The crime of kidnapping of minors and extortion of money in exchange for their no returns is one of the most heinous crimes that exist in the world.

on 2/12/2002 Remember that my family, made by me, by the Italian citizen spouse suffering from paralysis and two children, had turned to the social worker Margaret Sadowski, on 'indication of the social worker Luis Vespa, with a clear aim to make the socio-economic study provided by law (Decree 130/2000) for an assistance project provided by law (art. L.328 3 / 2000) and to have a roof over their heads under Article. 22 L. 328/2000 (pending the libration of the dwelling family from criminals), because my family did not have a roof over his head and he had no personal documents in order to rent some temporary accommodation. In addition, the 02/12/2001, Sadowski was asked to help to put the youngest daughter in kindergarten, and 10/04/2003 to Sadowsky was asked to make a written request for the admission of a minor child to 'hospital (as our personal documents were kidnapped, we could not access the health service and it took a written request for a social worker). The Sadowsky has failed to fulfill the duties of a public official under the law, making the offense of refusal of official acts and abuse of office.
Criminal Investigations revealed that the Sadowsky has lied to the authorities on my AN ADDRESS famgilia and failing to carry out the visit AN ADDRESS provided by law, stated that I would be lying Acquarone AN ADDRESS to the center of Chiavari, while well known by me and my husband lived in a tent, Sadowski also stated that my husband would "put away" (sic).
On 09/05/2005, I made the request of the acts of the Executive Advisory bureau of Chiavari, asking the social worker's office acts Margherit6a Sadowsky, the 19/10/2005, mi è stata inviata la cartella clinica a firma della pediatra dr.ssa Finamore (sic!) e nessun atto richiesto!
Nella Sua risposta del 19/10/2005, Lei ha affermato che l’assistente sociale del VS Consultorio Familiare non avrebbe dovere di osservare la legge relativa agli assistenti sociali – pubblici ufficiali e che non dovrebbe osservare il D.Lgs. 149/2000 e altre leggi (sic!). In più, Lei afferma che la Sadowsky avrebbe “proposto la presa in carico” della mia famiglia “per valutare l’opportunità di una terapia di coppia” – tutto ciò non essendo laureata e, quindi, non esendo in grado di fare valutazioni del tipo psicologico, per i quali serve la laurea e l’abilitazione professionale. Tali affermazioni suonano deliranti, visto che la legge prevede lo studio socio-economico degli utenti prima di qualsiasi proposta, e le proposte stesse dovrebbero essere orientate alla solizione – art. 3 L. 328/2000 (si chiede, a cosa poteva servire una “terapia di coppia” ad una famiglia senza tetto? cosa si poteva risolvere, visto che in famiglia non abbiamo mai avuto problemi relazionali?). Come può facilmente capire, se avessimo bisgono di uno psicologo, ci saremmo rivolti ad uno psicologo laueato e non ad un’assistente sociale non laureata. In più, Lei afferma che sarebbe avvenuto l’inserimento della nostra figlia minore alla Scuola Maternal Ri - without attaching a test document. 9) Dichiarazione che la Sadowsky dal 2/12/2002 ha negato alla mia famiglia gli interventi urgenti per trovare il tetto sopra la testa (art. 22 L. 328/2000), lasciando per strada il marito sofferente della paralisi e due bambini piccoli;
10) La scheda che doveva essere compiled by Sadowsky for my family, with details of the requests and the work actually done in preparing the project assistance provided by law (Article 3 of Law 328/2000);
11) All reports and documents written by the Sadowsky is appointed in which my family;
12) Copies of all medical certificates issued by Dr. Finamore for my children from 12/02/2002 to June 2003 ( A total of ten-fifteen);
13) Evidence that the social worker Sadowski noted the code of ethics of the social worker, as she affermato, in particolare, le prove che sarebbero stati osservati artt. 6,7,12,15,19,33,37,43 del Codice Deontologico, in particolare atti che la Sadowsky avrebbe promosso ogni iniziativa per ridurre rischi di emarginazione di mia famiglia, che la mia famiglia sarebbe stata messa “al centro dell’intervento”, ecc.
La chiedo pubblicamente di fornirmi le seguenti infromazioni:
1) Il nome di “un’educatore del Centro Acquarone” indicato in forma anonima nella Sua del 19/10/2005, presunto “collaboratore” della Sadowsky, il quale, però, non si indica nella cartella clinica della pediatra dr.ssa Finamore; il titolo di studio del presunto educatore;
2) Desidero sapere anche se, nei mesi aprile-giugno 2003, al VS Consultorio Familiare sia stato trasmesso per la notifica un decreto del tribunale dei minori, numerato 747, datato 3/04/2003?
Le leggi italiane ed Europee prevedono il dovere delle istitutzioni di rilasciare atti e informazioni richiesti. La chiedo pubblicamente di fornirmi atti e informazioni richiesti con quest’istanza e con l’istanza del 15/11/2005 (allego).
